By accessing or purchasing from www.imperialsarongs.com.au, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

This website is operated by Imperial Sarongs Pty Ltd. We may update these terms at any time by posting changes on this page.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). While we aim for accuracy, pricing or product information may change without notice.

3. Orders and Payments

We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. If we cannot fulfil an order, we reserve the right to cancel and provide a refund.

4. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location. Please review our Shipping Policy for further information.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with stickers intact. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

6. Faulty Goods

If you believe an item is faulty, contact us at support@imperialsarongs.com.au. Faulty items will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and images on this website are the property of Imperial Sarongs Pty Ltd and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our responsibility is limited to providing a replacement or refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.

 9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
