SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY — IMPERIAL SARONGS PTY LTD
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Free shipping on orders over AUD $100.
- For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
- Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post or StarTrack.
- International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
3. Order Tracking
Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
4. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
Customers outside Australia are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charged by their local authorities. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging with stickers intact.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- Exchange is for a different product of equal value (we do not offer refunds for change of mind).
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days at support@imperialsarongs.com.au with photos, your order number and description of the issue so we can assist promptly.
